Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) who are ready to make a difference in the lives of children with autism and other behavioral health diagnoses. RBTs at Virtus Health work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) who oversee the programs and provide support on a daily basis. Responsibilities:

  • Provided direct 1-on-1 ABA therapy for Virtus clients

  • Receive supervision from Clinical Director and Work with behavioral analysts and center directors regarding: a) availability, b) concerns affecting services, and c) other issues requiring attention.

  • Review behavior plans and other relevant materials developed by behavioral analysts for clients in order to facilitate consistent implementation and monitor outcomes appropriately.

  • Complete daily notes in Central Reach for the behavioral analyst to review.

  • Support the family and other caregivers in implementing the behavioral support strategies in the plan as directed by the behavioral analyst.

  • Assist the behavioral analyst in developing reports and conducting assessments upon request.

  • Adhere to and support Virtus Health’s policies and procedures.

  • Participate in meetings as requested by the behavioral analyst.

  • Other activities that may be necessary from time-to-time

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma

  • Must be a qualified RBT in good standing with the BACB

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Medicaid credentials preferred

  • Pass a Level Two background check
