Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) who are ready to make a difference in the lives of children with autism and other behavioral health diagnoses. RBTs at Virtus Health work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) who oversee the programs and provide support on a daily basis. Responsibilities:
-
Provided direct 1-on-1 ABA therapy for Virtus clients
-
Receive supervision from Clinical Director and Work with behavioral analysts and center directors regarding: a) availability, b) concerns affecting services, and c) other issues requiring attention.

Review behavior plans and other relevant materials developed by behavioral analysts for clients in order to facilitate consistent implementation and monitor outcomes appropriately.

Complete daily notes in Central Reach for the behavioral analyst to review.

Support the family and other caregivers in implementing the behavioral support strategies in the plan as directed by the behavioral analyst.

Assist the behavioral analyst in developing reports and conducting assessments upon request.

Adhere to and support Virtus Health’s policies and procedures.

Participate in meetings as requested by the behavioral analyst.

Other activities that may be necessary from time-to-time
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma
-
Must be a qualified RBT in good standing with the BACB
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Medicaid credentials preferred
-
Pass a Level Two background check
